Job Description Summary
Under the general direction of the HR Operations & Technology Manager, provides administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources Division
Job Description
- Assists with all administrative duties relating to the talent acquisition and HR operations processes.
- Works collaboratively with all functions of the HR Division as well as the Health System.
- Adheres to all internal Human Resources processes and procedures.
- Updates staffing reports and other data related spreadsheets/reporting tools.
- Participates in coordinating, scheduling and interviewing candidates.
- Works collaboratively with and supports hiring managers in the talent acquisition life cycle.
- Assists with reference check process, background check and employment eligibility process.
- Monitors state and federal labor laws and coordinates updates across the organization as needed.
- Provides back up coverage for the HR receptionist for daily breaks and vacation.
- Performs additional duties and assignments as requested.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Education – Preferred
- Associates degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum Work Experience
- One (1) to three (3) years’ experience in a Human Resources department or equivalent.
Required additional Knowledge, and Abilities
- Must have word processing experience; Microsoft Word, Excel required and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Workday preferred
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and judgement skills required coupled with flexibility in assignments and multi-tasking.
- Demonstrated ability to deal with highly confidential information with discretion.
- Must enjoy teamwork and provide excellent customer service.
