Supply Chain Systems & Support Supervisor

Job Description Summary

Reporting into the Supply Chain Systems & Support Manager, the Supply Chain Systems & Support Supervisor is responsible for the coordination & oversight of services needed to support the assigned areas, including management of all purchasing, receiving and maintenance functions when applicable. The supervisor is responsible for the monitoring of the off-site location supply chain. The supervisor will act as a liaison to other support departments such as Engineering Services, Procurement & External Vendors Working with the Supply Chain Systems & Support Manager, The Supply Chain Systems & Support Supervisor will participate in Project Management of Supply Chain projects including Valuelink/ Par Optimization, Par Location Updates. Implementation of new & current Supply Chain Initiatives including but not limited to physical layout, product bin slotting, labeling & product placement. Liaison to SSMC for Par Management & Support Will provide oversight & coordination of Print Services, including forms revision process, obtain quotes & Downtime Forms Management. Responsible for the monthly postage reports, postage uploads & internal mailbox updating. Oversees & supports the Mail Clerk with incoming & outgoing US Mail. Oversees & Supports Off-Site Supply Chain Resource Coordinators, providing support & workflow process improvements along with project management. Including, but not limited to oversight of Supply Chain Resource Coordinators at 60 Winter Street, 2 Pond Park, Cancer Center & VNA
