Sr. Total Rewards Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Total Rewards Analyst that has a strong functional knowledge of HR business processes and procedures, including experience with design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs. This role will be responsible for all stages of the compensation cycle including but not limited to salary administration, performance management, job descriptions and incentive programs.  Although the primary focus of this role is management of the compensation program, this role will also be responsible for ACA compliance and reporting, and managing other advanced benefits projects.  The ideal candidate will have experience providing a high level of analysis on compensation and benefits administration, and will be a business partner, working collaboratively with business line leaders to understand compensation challenges and provide expertise and recommendations for innovative compensation strategies.  Candidate must be a positive team player and have the ability to work in a fast-paced, ever changing environment.  Key qualifications for this role include:  ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships, excellent project management skills, and strategic and creative reward and recognition skills.  Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years’ experience preferred.  Experience in the healthcare industry a plus.  This position reports to the Executive Director, Compensation and Benefits, with a dotted line responsibility to the Manager, Benefits.
