Job Description Summary
Under the supervision of the Clinical Manager, the Team Leader will be an active resource for all team members and be involved in the daily operations of the team including scheduling, triage, staff support/education, joint visits, and special projects. They will act as the Clinical Manager in times when the Manager is out sick or on vacation. Team Leaders will also continue to make visits in the field based on time and need.
