- Monthly conferences dedicated to patient care, best practices, and continuous improvement.
- Opportunities to teach medical students.
- Many education and CME programs, including CME conferences held by our specialists.
- Ability to serve on multiple committees, including the Medical Executive Committee, Provider Council, and Medical Executive Peer Review Committee.
Advanced Practice Providers
The number of Advanced Practice Providers in our institution continues to grow. As an APP with us, you’ll be a valued member of the team, practicing at the top of your license. You’ll have autonomy, along with the full support of physician colleagues, to ensure you care for our patients to the best of your ability.
- We’ll pay for licenses and certificates, provide an annual CME fund, and offer opportunities to join various leadership and peer review committees.
- We offer weekly teaching sessions for APPs, as well as multiple educational opportunities, including monthly Grand Rounds and a monthly APP meeting.
- On a local level, we provide Lead Advanced Practice Clinicians to support APPs.
- We provide assistance and opportunities for experienced APPs to become primary care providers.
